What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate, set up, and or program CNC machinery depending on your experience
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications
  • Ensure quality and precision throughout the production process
  • Perform routine maintenance and make adjustments to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with the team to keep projects moving efficiently
  • For experienced candidates, support process improvement, training, or shop oversight

What You Bring:

  • CNC Experience, ranging from operator to programmer or leadership level
  • Strong Attention to Detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to Read Blueprints and understand technical drawings
  • Reliable Work Ethic and ability to work well within a team
  • Additional experience in programming, setup, or leadership is a plus
