Responsible for preparing all food items and orders according to guest request/order, following hotel recipes, and ingredients; during down times will also cook for banquets. Maintain spoilage/waste to a minimum by ordering and utilizing proper quantities and rotating products. Must provide attentive, courteous, and efficient customer service to all guests, clients, etc. according to hotel standards.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- culinary / cook: 2 years (Preferred)
- hotel culinary : 1 year (Preferred)
