Responsible for preparing all food items and orders according to guest request/order, following hotel recipes, and ingredients; during down times will also cook for banquets. Maintain spoilage/waste to a minimum by ordering and utilizing proper quantities and rotating products. Must provide attentive, courteous, and efficient customer service to all guests, clients, etc. according to hotel standards.

  • Did you successfully complete a Culinary or Apprenticeship Program?
  • If hired, are you able to attain a Food Handler's Certification?

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • culinary / cook: 2 years (Preferred)
  • hotel culinary : 1 year (Preferred)
