Responsible for assisting with coordinating and leading all aspects of the hotel guest services operations and activities, while maintaining a profitable operation and maximize profitability. Ensure successful outcome of hotel guest concerns. Must provide attentive, courteous, and efficient customer service to all guests, clients, etc. according to hotel standards.
