Front of House Manager | Houlihan’s – Champaign, IL 

 

This is a hands-on leadership role. You are responsible for setting the tone on the floor, developing your team, and ensuring every shift runs at a high level. 

We are looking for a manager who can lead people, manage operations, and maintain standards without stepping away from the floor. 

 

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members 

• Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures 

• Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience 

• Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and labor performance 

• Oversee compliance with safety, health, and liquor regulations 

• Support service during peak times and resolve guest issues in real time 

• Manage reporting, inventory, and operational processes 

 

What You Bring 

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience and leadership experience 

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills 

• Ability to manage both people and performance 

• High attention to detail and accountability 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
