Compensation & Growth:
This role offers a base plus commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Commission is residual-based, meaning you continue to earn from the accounts you bring on as they continue to do business.
Typical On-Target Earnings (OTE):
• Year 1: ~$75,000
• Year 2: ~$100,000
• Year 3+: $150,000+
