About the Role
We are hiring entry-level Cybersecurity Analysts (0–2 years of experience), including recent and 2026 graduates, who are interested in building a career at the intersection of cybersecurity, compliance, and consulting. Unlike traditional entry-level cybersecurity roles, this position provides direct exposure to client environments and regulatory requirements.
This role combines regulatory and advisory work with technical exposure. You do not need deep technical experience to succeed—just a strong foundation, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
This role is best suited for candidates interested in a hybrid career path combining cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and client-facing consulting.

What You’ll Do:
- Support cybersecurity risk assessments and help identify client vulnerabilities
- Assist in developing security policies, procedures, and response plans
- Help conduct vendor and third-party cybersecurity due diligence
- Support vulnerability assessments and security testing activities
- Assist with penetration testing coordination and analysis
- Help track projects and contribute to client deliverables
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness programs (e.g., phishing simulations)
- Use AI tools to support research and improve internal processes
What a Typical Day Might Look Like:
You might spend your day analyzing a client’s cybersecurity program, helping draft policies, supporting a risk assessment, and collaborating with senior team members on client deliverables.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or graduating soon) in cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in cybersecurity and learning about regulatory requirments
- High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Preferred (Not Required)
- Internship, coursework, or projects related to cybersecurity or IT
- Familiarity with frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure)
- Entry-level certifications (e.g., Security+, ISC2 CC)

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
- Eligibility for performance-based bonus
