Position Overview
As Technical Program and Project Manager, AI Delivery, you will drive program execution across multiple client engagements and ensure work ships on time with measurable impact. You will coordinate stakeholders, delivery plans, and reporting cadences across technical and business teams.
Every role at Ajaia is AI-forward. You are expected to use AI-native workflows daily for timeline planning, risk management, synthesis, and communication quality.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own program and project planning across concurrent AI implementation engagements.
- Build milestones, track dependencies, and maintain delivery accountability.
- Run regular client updates, decision logs, and internal execution syncs.
- Lead collaboration across Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders.
- Use AI tools to improve status reporting, risk forecasting, and delivery documentation.
- Ensure each workstream ties output to measurable operational and business results.
Job Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in project/program management, implementation, consulting, or operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ownership mindset, execution rigor, and organizational discipline.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize in fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or enterprise software delivery lifecycles.
- Required: active AI workflow usage for planning, analysis, drafting, and quality control.
Schedule and Location
- Manhattan, NYC; in-office presence required 4-5 days per week.
- Eastern Time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
- Limited client travel may be required.
Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet for hybrid work continuity.
- Proficiency with project management tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflow tools.
- Ability to produce clear documentation and maintain delivery systems.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation (USD/year):
- Base salary: USD $85,000-$130,000 per year
- Bonus structure: 0%-75% of base salary (USD $0-$97,500 per year)
- Potential total cash compensation: USD $85,000-$227,500 per year (lowest base + 0% bonus to highest base + highest bonus)
