Position Overview
As the AI Delivery Lead, you will own delivery across multiple client AI implementation programs and convert strategy into shipped outcomes. You will lead execution planning, stakeholder alignment, and measurable delivery performance in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and client leaders.
Every role at Ajaia is AI-forward. You are expected to use AI-native workflows daily for planning, meeting prep, drafting updates, risk analysis, and delivery acceleration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for multiple enterprise AI workstreams from kickoff through launch.
- Build and manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and accountability cadences.
- Run client-facing delivery reviews and executive status communication.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams.
- Use AI tools to improve estimation quality, meeting synthesis, and delivery decision support.
- Ensure shipped work produces clear business outcomes and adoption.
Job Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in program/project management, consulting, implementation, or delivery operations.
- Strong client communication skills and structured execution discipline.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
- Working familiarity with AI delivery, enterprise SaaS, or technical implementation cycles.
- Proven collaboration mindset across technical and non-technical partners.
- Required: active use of AI assistants and automation tools for planning, analysis, and communication.
Schedule and Location
- Manhattan, NYC; in-office presence required 4-5 days per week.
- Eastern Time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
- Limited client travel may be required.
Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet for hybrid work continuity.
- Proficiency with modern collaboration tools and AI-enabled productivity workflows.
- Ability to run delivery management tools, dashboards, and documentation systems.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation (USD/year):
- Base salary: USD $85,000-$130,000 per year
- Bonus structure: 0%-75% of base salary (USD $0-$97,500 per year)
- Potential total cash compensation: USD $85,000-$227,500 per year (lowest base + 0% bonus to highest base + highest bonus)
