Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant to the CEO/COO – Quality Urgent Care

Urgent Care Operations

The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the leadership team of a rapidly growing urgent care operator. In the fast-paced world of healthcare operations, your role is the "connective tissue" that ensures our clinics run smoothly and our executives stay focused on patient care and strategic growth.

This isn’t just a scheduling role; it’s a seat at the table in a high-stakes, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Gatekeeping: Manage complex, shifting calendars and prioritize high-value meetings across multiple clinical sites.

Operational Support: Assist in the preparation of operational reports, slide decks for board meetings, and clinical performance summaries.

Liaison Work: Act as the primary point of contact between leadership and clinic managers, vendors, and regional health partners.

Special Projects: Support the rollout of new clinic locations, including coordinating credentialing, supply chains, and local marketing logistics.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive healthcare data and personnel information with the highest degree of discretion.

Who You Are

The Calm in the Storm: You thrive in fast-moving environments and can pivot quickly when operational emergencies arise.

A Natural Organizer: You see a messy inbox or a scheduling conflict as a puzzle to be solved.

Technically Savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfortable learning healthcare-specific management software.

Excellent Communicator: You can draft professional correspondence and represent the executive team to both internal staff and external partners.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we are primarily looking for high-aptitude candidates with a "no task too small" mentality.

Interest: A genuine interest in healthcare management or clinic operations is highly valued.

Why Join Quality Urgent Care?

Impact: Your work directly enables us to provide better, faster care to the community.

Growth: We are expanding; this role offers a front-row seat to how a healthcare business scales.

Competitive Benefits: Health insurance, dental, vision, life and  401k here.
