Position: Baker
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire baking process, ensuring quality and consistency in all products.
- Follow step by step baking for each recipe.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members on products that need baking.
- Keep bakery clean and organized.
- Positive attitude, customer friendly, and enthusiastic about promoting our products;
- Ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks that require the strength to lift items of moderate to heavy weight (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time;
- Meticulous about applying exact measurements, pays strict attention to timing, and works on a tight, fast-paced production schedule;
- Possesses the discipline and attention to detail to strictly adhere to health and safety practices; and
- Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently and with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a baker, is not required, but helpful.
- Passionate about baking healthy products.
- Great team player.
- Attention detail is a MUST.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food preparation environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
