Our Summer Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Safety. Interns will work alongside professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop valuable skills that align with their academic and career aspirations. This structured learning experience provides mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to real-world business operations within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Intern responsibilities will vary by department but may include:
- HR: Supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and HR process improvements.
- Engineering: Assisting with design projects, process optimization, equipment analysis, and operational improvements.
- Finance/Accounting: Assisting with inventory & costs analysis and reporting, AR/AP related projects and more.
- Information Technology: Multiple faceted projects from desktop support projects to software and systems.
- Engaging in cross-functional projects that involve collaboration between departments.
- Conducting research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Participating in team meetings, networking events, and mentorship programs.
- Providing insights and recommendations for process improvement based on intern feedback.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to documentation, compliance, and project management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Engineering, Finance / Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong academic standing (GPA requirements may apply).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or relevant industry software is a plus.

Selected candidates will undergo a formal review and interview process. The cohort kick-off and orientation is scheduled for June 1st and final project presentations are scheduled for the 1st week in August.
