ABOUT THE ROLE

Triton Sensors is a privacy-first safety technology company helping schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial environments detect and respond to activity in private spaces.

 

We are looking for a Design & Content Intern who can help with content creation and general design. Whether your tool of choice is Canva, Figma, Adobe, or something else entirely, if you can build clean, polished marketing materials, we want to hear from you.
 

This role will cover a wide array of general content creation. You will help bring campaigns to life visually, keep our collateral current, and support content across webinars, social, and our website. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and work on real deliverables from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Design & Visual Content

  • Create and update marketing materials including one-sheeters, decks, social graphics, and event assets
  • Support visual content needs for webinars, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and the website
  • Help maintain a consistent look and feel across Triton's marketing materials
  • Assist with formatting and preparing design-ready documents for web or print handoff

 

Content & Copywriting

  • Draft V1 copy for webinar materials, website pages, emails, and other marketing assets
  • Write and format LinkedIn posts, email blurbs, and short-form content for campaigns
  • Pull quotes, takeaways, and reusable content from webinars and events
  • Help refresh and update existing written content across one-sheeters, decks, and partner materials

 

Webinar & Campaign Support

  • Assist with webinar promotion through invite emails, reminder emails, and social posts
  • Support content repurposing efforts after webinars and events to extend their reach
  • Help coordinate assets and timelines for upcoming campaigns

 

General Marketing Support

  • Assist with content formatting, file organization, and asset management
  • Support HubSpot tasks including content uploads, formatting, and basic list work
  • Handle other execution-level tasks that keep marketing running

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Experience creating marketing or design content. We care more about your experience than your preferred tool
  • Comfortable working in at least one design platform (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or equivalent)
  • Writing experience with an eye for clean, readable copy
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, or content management is a plus
  • HubSpot, Webflow, or CMS experience is a bonus, not required
  • Experience with video editing software like Premiere

  • Marketing materials are visually polished and consistently on-brand
  • Content projects move faster with strong design and copy support
  • Webinar and campaign assets are ready on time and do not need heavy rework
  • Collateral stays current and up to date
  • Content gets more mileage through repurposing and smart formatting
