About the Role

We’re hiring SAP Associates who want a real career path in SAP consulting. This position is designed for students and new grads who are interested in SAP.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of SAP projects and then align into a track based on interest and aptitude (Functional, Technical, Data, Testing, or Support). The goal is simple: turn motivated learners into job-ready SAP professionals.

 

What You’ll Learn & Work On

  • Understanding how companies run core processes (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain)
  • How SAP supports those processes (business requirements → configuration/solution → testing → go-live support)
  • Documentation: process flows, requirement notes, test cases, training guides
  • Testing & validation: UAT coordination, defect reporting, data checks
  • Professional skills: client communication, project discipline, stakeholder handling

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Graduating student (or recent grad) in MIS, CS, IT, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • Strong communication and willingness to learn
  • Interest in ERP systems / business operations / technology + process improvement

 

Nice-to-Haves (not required)

  • SAP coursework, certification prep, or exposure (any module)
  • Internship experience (IT, operations, analytics, systems)
  • Excel skills, SQL basics, or any structured problem-solving experience
