Executive Assistant & Client Service Coordinator
Location: Boise, ID area
Compensation: $45,000–$55,000/year + performance-based bonuses
Work Environment: Flexible, in-office with some flexibility; occasional travel to other offices (company-paid)

What You’ll Do
Client & Administrative Support
- Prepare, process, and manage client paperwork with precision and accuracy
- Maintain highly organized digital filing systems
- Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Scheduling & Client Experience
- Coordinate and manage client meeting schedules
- Support a high-touch, welcoming client experience
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Reporting & Operations
- Download, organize, and maintain client reports and statements
- Accurately log all client interactions and documentation in CRM
- Identify and suggest process improvements and efficiencies
Marketing & Engagement
- Assist with basic marketing initiatives and projects
- Coordinate and send client gifts for milestones and special occasions
- Support client events and engagement efforts
Office & Local Support
- Run occasional local errands
- Help maintain a polished, professional office environment

Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000–$55,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to key metrics

- Paid time off (10 NYSE Holidays plus 14 days of vacation and 5 days of sick time)
