Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our research and outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally comfortable making skilled outbound telephone calls, enjoys investigative research, and has strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telephone calls to verify and gather contact information on targeted prospects
• Research and compile accurate telephone numbers, email addresses, and other relevant contact details
• Maintain and update internal databases with clean, verified data
• Coordinate and organize prospect information for internal teams
• Follow communication scripts and adapt as needed for effective engagement
• Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Qualifications:

• Extremely effective telephonic verbal communicator with skillful discourse capabilities as outreach is to private equity firm, venture capital firms, REIT’s, etc.
• Strong verbal communication skills, professional phone presence 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable, capable and effectively conducting a high volume of outbound calls
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data entry tools
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Interest in finance, due diligence, or investigative research is a plus
