Sales & BDR Intern

ABOUT NINI DIGITAL

NiNi Digital is a NYC-based IT and technology partner that designs, installs, and manages the systems that power modern businesses. We work across commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, fitness, and experiential spaces — helping owners, operators, and growth-stage companies build technology infrastructure that actually works.

Our services span WiFi and networking, audio/visual design, security cameras, access control, and managed IT support. We partner closely with owners, contractors, architects, and engineers to make sure every project is executed cleanly and every system is built to last.

We're a small, founder-led team that moves fast and operates with a bias toward clear communication and real ownership. You won't be lost in a big company here, you'll be working directly with Anthony Liota, NiNi's founder, on building the sales engine that fuels our next stage of growth.


 

THE ROLE

We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales & BDR Intern to help us build out our sales engine from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founder to identify new leads, sharpen our outreach, and help create the processes and collateral that turn conversations into clients. If you're energized by the idea of owning a funnel (not just observing one)  this is your seat.


 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Research and identify prospective clients across the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) — think SMBs, startups, retail stores, brand activation/experiential moments, professional services firms, and commercial real estate
  • Build and maintain lead lists in our CRM; keep records clean and actionable
  • Set up and manage outbound email and LinkedIn sequencing to engage cold and warm leads
  • Support cold calling efforts and help refine our talk tracks and objection handling
  • Audit the existing sales funnel and flag where we're losing momentum or missing collateral
  • Help draft and improve sales assets — one-pagers, email templates, decks, case study outlines
  • Track outreach metrics and report on what's working week over week
  • Sit in on discovery and pitch calls to learn the full sales cycle

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...

  • Are a self-starter who doesn't need a script to pick up the phone
  • Have strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Are comfortable doing research and turning raw data into organized, useful lead lists
  • Have used a CRM before (Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or are eager to learn quickly
  • Are studying business, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Want real sales experience this summer vs. shadowing 

WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH

  • Hands-on experience building a real B2B sales pipeline from scratch
  • Working knowledge of CRM sequencing and outbound sales tools
  • A portfolio of sales collateral you helped create
  • Direct mentorship from a founder with deep experience in digital strategy
  • A network of contacts across NYC and the tri-state area

DETAILS

  • Compensation: Paid internship 
  • Duration: Summer 2025 (flexible start/end dates)
  • Location: New York; hybrid schedule
