Communications + Journalism Fellowship

Job Title

Communications + Journalism Fellowship

Job Summary

The Communications + Journalism Fellowship is a 3–6 month position for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in strategic communications, learn the agency perspective, and make meaningful contributions to Global Situation Room (GSR), Situation Room Studios (SRS), and our clients. Fellows work closely with experienced communications professionals to support public affairs and communications engagements through research, analysis, writing, media strategy, and account support.

The Fellowship also includes a podcast journalism component, offering opportunities through Situation Room Studios (SRS) to work on podcasts covering topics from international affairs to pharma to emerging tech. Fellows collaborate with former Bloomberg and NPR producers and experienced journalists to develop engaging, informative, newsworthy, audience-ready content that advances client and firm thought leadership.

Fellows receive mentorship and direct client exposure, are evaluated throughout the term, and strong performers may be considered for conversion to a full-time role at the conclusion of the Fellowship.
