Title: Technical Operations Associate

Type: Salary
Compensation: $75k–$85k, depending on experience
We’re hiring a Technical Operations Associate to help support and scale the infrastructure behind our platform. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, technically curious, and excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
You’ll help keep core systems running reliably day to day, support hardware and workstation operations, coordinate procurement and inventory, and own operational tasks that improve uptime, responsiveness, and internal efficiency. We’re open to strong early-career candidates and college grads who have the right attitude, strong ownership, and real interest in IT or technical operations.
What you’ll do
- Manage and maintain device, workstation, and related technical infrastructure
- Monitor system health, reliability, and uptime
- Help track and uphold SLAs and internal operational standards
- Coordinate hardware procurement, setup, replacements, and inventory
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and help keep systems organized
- Build and improve operational processes and documentation
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks tied to technical operations
- Work cross-functionally with the team to keep things running smoothly as we scale

Preferred
- Experience in IT support, help desk, technical operations, systems, or similar roles
- Familiarity with hardware setup, device management, networking basics, or workstation support
- Experience with uptime monitoring, inventory tracking, procurement, or vendor coordination
- Comfort working in an on-site, hands-on environment
