About the Role

Roy Realty Team is seeking motivated, outgoing students or individuals for a Door-to-Door Canvasser position focused on direct-to-consumer marketing and lead generation. This role is open to both licensed and non-licensed individuals, and is designed to provide real-world experience in communication, marketing, and business development.

Canvassers will engage with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods to identify individuals interested in buying or selling real estate and set appointments for licensed agents.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods

Use provided scripts to start conversations and build rapport

Identify potential buyers and sellers

Set appointments for licensed real estate agents

Track daily activity and results

Represent the team professionally in the community

Important Note

This role may be filled by licensed or non-licensed individuals.
For non-licensed individuals:

No real estate license is required

You will not discuss pricing, contracts, or provide real estate advice

Focus strictly on appointment setting and lead generation

Qualifications

Self-motivated and reliable

Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with new people

No prior experience required — training provided.
