Ava Studio is our flagship product: an AI powered platform that turns proven viral content formats into high performance creatives at the click of a button. Who You Are
We need someone who lives and breathes AI-generated media and wants to push the boundary of what's possible with AI videos at scale.
- Hands-on experience with AI image/video generation models (Kling, Veo 3.1, Midjourney, Flux, Hailuo, Nanobanana, etc.)
- Strong visual eye and understanding of what makes a good ad creative
- Genuine interest in UGC marketing, social media content, or AI short dramas
- Comfortable with rapid experimentation and high output volume
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Interest in performance marketing, DTC brands, or ad creative strategy is a plus
- NYC-based, able to work hybrid from our WeWork office
Comp: $20-25/hr, part-time or full-time flexible
