Role Description
We’re currently seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Team Member to join our Memphis office. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the agency’s growth by selling insurance products, providing excellent customer service, and developing lasting client relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Meeting with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Selling auto, home, life, and other insurance products
- Processing applications and maintaining accurate records
- Handling customer inquiries and offering tailored solutions
- Utilizing sales tools and technology to manage leads and policy information
This is a high-opportunity sales position with a base salary of $24,000–$32,000, plus uncapped commissions. More than half of your total earnings will come from commissions — making this ideal for driven individuals looking for flexibility, unlimited income potential, and a long-term career path.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work efficiently with computers and software
- Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus
- Fast learner with a positive, self-motivated attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
- Insurance licensing is a bonus (or willingness to obtain it)
