Social Media Content Creator/Producer Intern Internship

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator/Producer Intern to support our marketing and brand efforts. This role is ideal for a high school or college student interested in content creation, storytelling, and building a brand presence across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn posts, etc.)
  • Assist in planning and scheduling social media content
  • Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas and trends
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content (team moments, events, day-in-the-life)
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
  • Monitor engagement and identify what content performs well
  • Collaborate with team members to translate ideas into content

Qualifications

  • Interest in social media, content creation, or marketing
  • Comfortable using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, iMovie, or similar)
  • Creative mindset and willingness to try new ideas
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Has to live in the Indianapolis area and have transportation in order to record content

Time Commitment

Location

  • This is a remote/hybrid opportunity. Although work can be completed remotely, local team members will occasionally meet in the office for in-person collaboration, team connection, and hands-on engagement
