Marketing Associate

At The Glen, we’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Marketing Associate who is excited to learn, build relationships, and help connect seniors and their families with a community they can call home. What You’ll Do
Support Sales & Lead Generation

  • Respond to digital and phone inquiries
  • Prepare materials for tours and welcome prospective residents
  • Provide tours across multiple levels of care (training provided)
  • Enter and track prospect data in our CRM system
  • Assist with reporting and follow-up communications

Contribute to Marketing Efforts

  • Create engaging social media content
  • Write and gather content for newsletters and email campaigns
  • Assist with website updates
  • Support seasonal campaigns and fundraising initiatives

Community Outreach & Events

  • Help coordinate caregiver support group meetings
  • Assist with volunteer program coordination
  • Plan and support community events, outreach activities, and trade shows
  • Represent The Glen in a professional and friendly manner

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Personable and confident interacting with families and community partners
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with or eager to learn CRM systems, WordPress, social media tools, and email marketing platforms
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred — but equivalent experience will be considered
  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in an active, high-traffic environment
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 90 lbs
