eCommerce Growth & Operations Manager (Revenue-Focused)

Steadfast and Sustained is a fast-growing Christian journal brand helping women grow in their faith through intentional, beautifully designed tools. With over 30,000 journals sold across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Etsy, we are entering our next stage of growth—and we are hiring someone to help us scale revenue intentionally and sustainably.

The Role

You will own revenue optimization across all channels—Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and more—through marketing execution, systems, and data-driven decision-making.
 

You are both strategic and hands-on. You don’t just suggest ideas—you implement, test, and improve them quickly.

Responsibilities

1.) Revenue & Growth Focus

* Own revenue performance across all platforms

* Identify and execute daily/weekly actions that increase sales and profit

* Continuously improve conversion rates, AOV, and retention

2.) Marketing

* Build and execute:

  • Email, SMS, and push campaigns
  •  Automations and segmentation strategies

* Plan and launch:

  • Sales, promos, discount codes across all platforms
  • Manage and grow TikTok Shop:
  • Backend setup (messages, coupons, offers)
  • Creator/affiliate growth strategy

* Develop:

  • TikTok and Reels content ideas that hook and convert

* Optimize:

  • Website and Amazon listings (copy, images, A+ content)
  • Conversion rate across all product pages

* Manage:

  • Paid ads (Amazon, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google)
  • Testing creatives and scaling winners

* Build:

  • Influencer tracking + ROI systems

* Analyze:

  • Weekly performance across channels, campaigns, and products
  • Present insights and action steps clearly

3.) Operations

* Oversee customer experience:

* Monitor messages, returns, and refunds

* Identify patterns and reduce return rates

* Improve backend systems:

* Inventory planning

* Pricing strategies

* Review generation systems

* Testing frameworks

* You have experience in eCommerce (Amazon, Shopify, or TikTok Shop preferred)

* You understand what makes content convert—not just look good

Compensation

  • Starting at $20/ hour
  • TBD + Performance bonuses tied to revenue growth
