We’re looking for a motivated and tech-curious Automation & AI Intern to support our team with automation workflows, AI productivity tools, process improvement, and digital project support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, systems thinking, and learning how modern tools can improve the way teams work across different departments.

This role offers exposure to a variety of areas, including operations, development, digital solutions, and internal systems support. You will work directly with the CEO and Senior Management Team while gaining hands-on experience with real projects and workflows.

In this role, you will:

Automation Setup
Assist in building, testing, and improving automation workflows across different platforms. This may include setting up triggers, logic rules, task routing, and actions that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

AI Tool Support
Use AI tools to support productivity, organization, research, documentation, content structuring, data cleanup, tagging, summarization, and other operational or project-based tasks. Help explore new AI features that can improve speed and accuracy.

Process Mapping & Systems Building
Use tools like Miro or similar platforms to map workflows, outline processes, and help structure how tasks move through teams and systems.

Technical Project Support
Support projects across multiple departments by helping organize moving parts, track tasks, maintain timelines, and keep systems and project details clearly documented.

Logic & Problem Solving
Apply critical thinking to build decision trees, if/then logic, and conditions that help workflows run smoothly and accurately. Contribute ideas for simplifying repetitive or manual processes.

Documentation & Organization
Help maintain clear documentation for automations, systems, workflows, and internal processes. Keep shared resources organized, updated, and accessible.

Research & Continuous Improvement
Explore emerging tools, automation opportunities, and AI use cases that could improve team productivity and project execution. Share ideas and recommendations as you learn.

Team Collaboration
Participate in brainstorming sessions, project meetings, and working sessions. Ask questions, contribute ideas, and collaborate with the team as systems and processes evolve.

Who You Are:

• Interest in AI tools, automation, digital systems, operations, or technical project work
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfort with logic-based thinking and problem solving
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, project management platforms, automation tools, or AI platforms is a plus, but not required
