Position Summary:
American Flat Track is seeking dependable and customer-focused Event Staff to support ticket sales operations during our upcoming race at Silver Dollar Speedway. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and positive entry experience for event attendees through efficient, cashless ticketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Process ticket purchases using cashless payment systems (credit/debit cards, mobile payments)

Assist attendees with ticketing questions and provide general event information

Maintain organized and efficient guest entry lines

Support ticket scanning and resolve basic access issues

Uphold a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced event environment

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using digital point-of-sale systems or mobile devices

Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Capable of standing and working outdoors for extended periods

Compensation:

$20 per hour

Work Environment:
This position operates in a live outdoor event setting with large crowds and varying weather conditions. Team members should be prepared for a high-energy atmosphere.
