Business Development Representative
We're a fast-growing Miami fintech company that helps small businesses get funded fast. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the first voice business owners hear, connecting them with funding solutions that can change their business overnight. No finance background needed. If you're hungry, great on the phone, and ready to learn, we'll train you on everything.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to small business owners and qualify them for funding
- Gather documents and pass warm leads to senior funding consultants
- Log activity in our CRM and hit daily call and application targets
- Grow into a closer role with uncapped commission we promote from within
Who We're Looking For:
- Background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales
- Confident, coachable, and competitive you want to win
- No finance degree required just hustle and willingness to learn
- Miami local or reliable transportation to our Kendall office
Compensation & Benefits:
- $2,000-$2,500/month base pay
- Bonus per application submitted + bonus per funded deal
