Our client is looking for motivated individuals to join their team at in-store promotional kiosks, representing exciting brands and engaging directly with customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Approach and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Introduce products/services and confidently answer questions
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations
- Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Handle transactions accurately (cash and digital payments)
Promotions & Brand Representation
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, samples, and giveaways
- Clearly communicate current offers, discounts, and campaigns
- Encourage sign-ups for newsletters, competitions, or loyalty programs
- Gather customer feedback and insights to support campaign success
Operations & Setup
- Keep the kiosk fully stocked and visually appealing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace
- Monitor stock levels and report when replenishment is needed
- Assist with setting up and packing down the stand each day
- Follow all safety and security procedures
Reporting & Team Communication
- Track daily sales and customer interactions
- Share feedback, insights, and ideas with the team
- Work closely with supervisors to improve performance and results
No Experience? No Problem.
Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity whether you’re starting out or looking to build on existing retail or customer service experience. If you bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn, you’ll be set up for success.
