Associate Attorney

We’re Hiring – Associate Attorney (Phoenix, AZ) VEDU PLC is a strategy-driven business and tax law firm seeking a junior associate (0–3 years) who wants real responsibility from day one—not years of back-office work. Our practice spans business disputes, tax controversy, bankruptcy, and probate litigation. This role is ideal for an attorney who is analytically sharp, financially curious, and ready to engage directly in cases. You will draft substantive pleadings and motions, participate in hearings, and work closely with clients, CPAs, and financial professionals. You will be part of strategy discussions—not just execution. Qualifications: • Arizona and/or California bar admission (or pending) • Strong writing and attention to detail • Interest in tax, bankruptcy, probate, and litigation • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment • CPA background or financial fluency is a plus At VEDU PLC, we focus on helping clients grow, win, and relax.
