InBio is looking for a Research Associate to join the allergen lab team. This position involves protein purification and analytical workflows to manufacture high quality allergen molecules. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant laboratory experience are preferred; however, motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Training in the molecular biology of allergens will be provided. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply cutting edge science to manufacture allergen products as tools for the investigation of allergic diseases.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality natural allergens and recombinant allergens (using bacterial and yeast expression systems).
- Purify proteins using advanced chromatography techniques, including HPLC.
- Analyze proteins using HPLC, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, and Mass Spectrometry.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ISO 9001:2015 procedures to ensure traceability, consistency, and excellence in laboratory operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biotechnology, or a closely related field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail in a laboratory setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage laboratory workflows efficiently, and meet project timelines.
