Core Responsibilities

Client & Practice Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming clients
• Screen calls and guide clients through scheduling and service options
• Manage and input client information accurately
• Establish rapport and confidently answer questions about services
• Compose, edit, and distribute intake paperwork and office correspondence
• Manage appointment schedules and upcoming events

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Manage and support social media accounts
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new clients
• Engage with complementary businesses and community partners
• Participate in outreach to psychiatrists and mental health professionals
• Support community engagement initiatives
• Assist with launching retreats, couples groups, and mental health masterclasses
• Manage online masterclass logistics

Organization & Operations

• Maintain organized files and documentation
• Support internal systems, workflows, and processes
• Assist leadership with day-to-day operational needs

About Couch to Podium

Couch to Podium is a group of services that focuses primarily on helping Therapists, Coaches, Authors, and Speakers. Couch to podium teaches them to embrace the one-to-many model in speaking to the masses. We teach about getting paid to speak, how to contact the media, and how to effectively use social media to attract more engagement in your business.
