Communications Coordinator

Daily Tasks 

  1. Social Media 
    1. Update social media twice a week.
      1. Facebook (Public/member) – two accounts 
      2. Instagram
      3. LinkedIn (create new account)

 

  1. Member Communication 
    1. Send out member communication twice a week
    2. Collaborate with Office Manager on focused communication for members
    3. Create a paper application for members that align with the electric version on the website. Note updates are needed. Work with Board Chair. 

 

  1. Donor Communication 
    1. Send donor communication twice a month
    2. Collaborate with Office Manager and Board of Directors to create messaging for donors

 

  1. Partner Communication 
    1. Pending – Board chair will provide update in the next week

 

  1. Create an Editorial Calendar
    1. Add and update all communication actives within this calendar 
    2. Review the “Schedule of activities at HOPE Network” document for regular communication activities 

 

  1. Marketing/Communication Collaterals 
    1.  Create a brochure to include HOPE’s programs
      1. Scholarship program
      2. Safe Sleep
      3. New Mothers diaper bag (New name is needed)
      4. Diaper distribution 
      5. Feminine hygiene (Pending not sure if we will continue in 2025)
    2. Diaper and Baby Essential drives
      1. Collaborate with Office manager to plan out 2025 drives
      2. Plan out and execute drive communication 
      3. Add to editorial calendar
    3. Create a HOPE Network and Anthem program flier
      1. Collaborate with Board Chair for content 
    4. Create cobranded HOPE Network and Anthem fliers around material health
      1. Collaborate with Board Chair for content 

 

  1. Community Resource Flier
    1. Collaborate with Board of Directors for content

 

  1. Website Project
    1. Evaluate and update HOPE Network’s website
    2. Collaborate with Office Manager on the project
    3. Weekly updates until website is updated
    4. Update member application
