- Social Media
- Update social media twice a week.
- Facebook (Public/member) – two accounts
- LinkedIn (create new account)
- Update social media twice a week.
- Member Communication
- Send out member communication twice a week
- Collaborate with Office Manager on focused communication for members
- Create a paper application for members that align with the electric version on the website. Note updates are needed. Work with Board Chair.
- Donor Communication
- Send donor communication twice a month
- Collaborate with Office Manager and Board of Directors to create messaging for donors
- Partner Communication
- Pending – Board chair will provide update in the next week
- Create an Editorial Calendar
- Add and update all communication actives within this calendar
- Review the “Schedule of activities at HOPE Network” document for regular communication activities
- Marketing/Communication Collaterals
- Create a brochure to include HOPE’s programs
- Scholarship program
- Safe Sleep
- New Mothers diaper bag (New name is needed)
- Diaper distribution
- Feminine hygiene (Pending not sure if we will continue in 2025)
- Diaper and Baby Essential drives
- Collaborate with Office manager to plan out 2025 drives
- Plan out and execute drive communication
- Add to editorial calendar
- Create a HOPE Network and Anthem program flier
- Collaborate with Board Chair for content
- Create cobranded HOPE Network and Anthem fliers around material health
- Collaborate with Board Chair for content
