Digital Marketing Manager

Callah Digital Marketing Support 


 

Role:

  • Support new founder in launching her YA female-oriented apparel brand (lounge wear only, 4 SKUs)
  • Translate brand vision and assets into core digital channels
    • Social
    • Email
    • Website
    • SEO
  • Set up digital accounts with founder and coach on use / best MMO practices 
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns and promotions
  • Plan and execute retail outlets: Etsy, Poshmark, amazon, etc
  • Integrate potential ambassadors and influencers into campaigns
  • Track results and make campaign adjustments to improve CTR, CR, CAC and LTV
  • Create content for digital channels
  • Flex hours

Requirements:

  • Digital marketing experience and demonstrated track record across core marketing metrics
  • Ability to work with new founder 
  • Agile with AI amplification tools and platforms on digital channels
  • Fashion and apparel market knowledge  
  • Facility with digital channels results tracking and read outs

    • Product creative 
    • Product photography 
    • Brand mission
  • Digital assets: Web Presence
    • Pre order landing page
    • E-commerce website for order taking and fulfillment 
    • Promotion capabilities (promo codes, promo urls)
    • Conversion funnel tracking analytics in place (Google Analytics)
  • Social channels - IG, TikTok
    • Set up IG and TikTok accounts accessible to Tess for admin and metrics tracking
    • Daily / weekly plan for pre launch, launch and holiday sales cycle through 12/26
    • Content creation and support
    • Promotion / sales capabilities in the channels 
  • Email program
    • Set up basic email capabilities (500ish list…?)
    • Promotion / sales emails 
  • Marketing funnel and economics tracking 
    • CPM
    • CTR -> CR
