Technician II — Production/Laboratory
Location: Coralville, IA (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: Up to $23.79/hour (aligned with internal conversion rate guidelines)
About the Role
We are seeking a Technician II to support production operations within a fast-paced biotechnology manufacturing environment. This position involves performing standard production tasks across assigned value streams, including synthesis, purification, quantification, quality control sampling, formulation, and final product processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into finished products
- Support processes including decontamination, product transfer, and system maintenance
- Operate laboratory instruments following established work instructions and SOPs
- Adhere to customer-specific and general work instructions and company policies
- Maintain operational efficiency through proper equipment use and cleaning
- Support inventory control and departmental production goals
- Participate in daily management activities and data-driven problem solving
- Suggest process improvements and countermeasures when appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic proficiency with PC software programs, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to exert 20–50 lbs. of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 10–15 lbs. of force frequently
- Ability to work in a laboratory/manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field
- 12+ months of laboratory and/or life sciences experience
