Operations Associate
High end, employee owned door manufacturer seeks an operations associate for an in-office role as an assistant to the Distribution Center Manager. The candidate will receive on-the-job training for their role in this growing company. BMD is over 80 years old but our manufacturing division is a start-up. The work entails but is not limited to data entry, logistics, inventory management, learning our ERP and processes, among other tasks. Ability to use Excel and Word are required. The role requires a reliable candidate who can follow instructions closely, organize their daily tasks efficiently, and has great communication skills. Learn skills in project management, risk management, logistics, strategic planning, process optimization, data analysis, quality assurance and more. This is an excellent opportunity to learn inner workings of a business as operations touches every order that comes in from our factory and is involved in many aspects of the business.
