Operations Role – Delet (Los Angeles)

We’re hiring someone to help run operations at Delet.

This role is focused on execution. Making sure everything runs smoothly day to day.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and deploy systems across properties

• Track and manage equipment (cameras, locks, etc.)

• Support new client setups from start to finish

• Make sure nothing falls through the cracks

• Solve problems quickly when things come up

This is a hands-on operations role. You’ll be responsible for keeping things organized and moving.
