Influencer Marketing Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team. We're seeking someone who is fluent in social media trends, has their pulse on the creator landscape, and is eager to contribute across both influencer and organic social efforts. This internship will focus on supporting VIP efforts, influencer events and collaborating closely with our influencer and social team.

Responsibilities:

· Help build talent lists for mailers, including sourcing and outreaching to creators

· Assist with cleaning up and organizing campaigns on Creator IQ

· Monitor and track social media coverage and creator mentions, and help compile findings into weekly and monthly reports

· Support influencer send-outs and related logistics

· Monitor hair, beauty, and lip care trends across social platforms, identifying emerging creators and viral moments

· Conduct competitive research + analysis

· Attend influencer appointments as needed

Requirements:

· Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

· Available for 3 – 4 days per week

· Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

· Proactive and curious mindset with a passion for social media and creator culture

· Familiarity with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
