Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and intuitive Content Grabber Intern to support our team in capturing real-time, social media–ready content during events, shoots, and brand activations. This role is ideal for someone who lives on social media, understands what catches attention, and can move with intention in fast-paced environments. As well as experience using professional cameras (preferably a photography/videography background)

You won’t just capture content, you’ll help tell the story as it unfolds.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality, real-time photo and video content
• Document behind-the-scenes moments, candid interactions, and event highlights
• Record vertical content optimized for Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms
• Identify engaging, on-brand moments that align with Ash M.’s visual storytelling style
• Collaborate with photographers and the creative team to ensure full coverage of each experience
• Organize and submit raw content promptly after each event or shoot
• Assist with quick edits for same-day or next-day posting when needed

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in content creation, social media, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends
• Ability to think quickly and capture moments as they happen
• Strong attention to detail and creative instinct
• Positive attitude and ability to work in high-energy environments
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible (evenings and weekends required)

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience capturing content at events, photoshoots, or for brands
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Understanding of lighting, angles, and composition
• Desire to grow within the creative/media industry
