Job Description:
Enson Market is seeking a reliable and motivated Store Manager Assistant to support daily store operations. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in overseeing staff, managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operations and staff supervision
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries
• Help manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays
• Support scheduling, training, and performance monitoring of employees
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese or Japanese, Korean (Preferred)
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. (H1B sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
