Position: Recruiter in Training (Sales Recruiting Program)
At Jackson Therapy Partners, our Recruiter in Training Program is a 3-month, hands-on experience designed to launch your career in sales recruiting. You’ll gain the skills, tools, and mentorship needed to connect talented healthcare professionals with life-changing opportunities across the nation.
During this structured training program, you will:
- Learn how to source, screen, and interview candidates in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Build and develop relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members.
- Gain exposure to negotiating placement packages and understanding the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide support to traveling clinicians while learning strategies to drive retention and pipeline growth.
- Work closely with experienced recruiters and leaders who will coach you toward success.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time National Sales Recruiter role.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Interest in sales, recruiting, or a goal-oriented career path.
- Competitive, motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
- Must be able to work onsite in our Maitland, Florida office during training.
