About the Role

This is a high-impact, fast-paced operations role at the center of our business.

We supply lubricants to vessels in port—where schedules change constantly due to weather, port congestion, and global supply conditions. That means priorities shift daily, and execution matters.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership, and can keep multiple moving pieces on track without missing details.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and manage incoming orders from major oil company customers (via SAP systems)
  • Identify product shortages and proactively source inventory (suppliers or internal locations)
  • Coordinate transfers across our 5-location network
  • Arrange freight, schedule shipments, and track deliveries end-to-end
  • Communicate order status and replenishment updates directly with customers
  • Monitor vessel schedules and align product availability to meet delivery windows
  • Partner with Operations to ensure on-time, in-full delivery execution
  • Own warehouse stock levels and recommend replenishment based on demand trends
  • Investigate and resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile variances
  • Report inventory and operational data to customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service
  • OR
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing or operations-heavy role
  • Understanding of logistics, inventory, or just-in-time delivery
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license
