Job description:

• Understand product functionality and browse product GUI to pull desired data.

• Document data observations

• read and understand technical material.

• communicate with vendors, users, and other IT staff

• Incident Management ( View the data and resolve the ticket

• Triage issues

• Some SQL Knowledge

• Some knowledge of data engineering concepts, as the team will  train the AI model

• Prompt engineering knowledge  is an added advantage

Skills:

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently

• Basic software knowledge

• Good Knowledge of excel spreadsheets, and word processing

• Adaptive Mindset

• Aware of  Prompt Engineering

• Knowledge of Service Now

• Able to maintain data confidentiality

• Accuracy and good attention to detail
