Center Store Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team across multiple departments
- Oversee daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and pricing
- Create and manage schedules to meet labor and business needs
- Drive sales, profitability, and strong in-stock conditions
- Ensure departments are organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns
- Support hiring, training, and performance development
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for leadership, teamwork, and retail operations
- 2+ years of leadership experience (retail, food service, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
