Bakery Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of bakery associates
- Oversee daily bakery operations including production, merchandising, and inventory
- Create schedules, manage labor, and drive department profitability
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and a clean, organized workspace
- Provide outstanding guest service and resolve concerns
- Support hiring, training, and performance development
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for baking, food, and team leadership
- 2+ years of leadership experience (retail, food service, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Willingness to obtain WI Food Manager Certification (we’ll cover the cost!)
