Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant to the CEO

DeepInfra is a cloud-based AI inference platform. We enable companies to run state-of-the-art open-source models reliably, at scale, and with low latency.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO. This is a high-impact role with a lot of ownership — you’ll help ensure the CEO’s time and priorities are managed effectively, while also supporting key operational needs across the company. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is proactive, resourceful, and excited to learn how a company operates from the inside.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics (including last-minute changes)
  • Ensure the CEO’s time is focused on the highest-impact work
  • Prepare materials for meetings (agendas, notes, follow-ups) and track action items
  • Help manage and prioritize email and inbound requests
  • Support day-to-day operations (office coordination, vendors, expenses)
  • Take on special projects across recruiting, operations, or GTM as needed

What You Bring

  • 0–2 years of experience (internships or relevant experience welcome)
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset — you take initiative without being asked
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly
  • Resourcefulness — you can figure things out with limited guidance
  • Good judgment and discretion with sensitive information

Bonus

  • Experience supporting a leader (internship, student org, or prior role)
  • Experience with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack
  • Interest in startups, AI, or technology

Why DeepInfra

  • Work directly with the CEO and see how decisions get made
  • High exposure to all parts of the business
  • Opportunity to grow into operations, recruiting, or other functions over time
  • Small, low-ego team that cares about building things well
