Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter who is eager to start a career in talent acquisition and IT staffing. This role is ideal for recent graduates or senior college students who are driven, detail-oriented, and interested in working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
You will work closely with senior recruiters and sales executive to identify, engage, and place top technical talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone interviews
- Understand job requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain ongoing communication
- Assist senior recruiters with full-cycle recruitment processes
- Learn and apply recruiting strategies for IT and technical roles
- Meet daily/weekly activity targets (calls, submissions, interviews scheduled)
- Stay updated on hiring trends, technologies, and talent market insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semester)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of business communication (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
