About Us

May Group & AmericanFenceSigns.com manufacture custom aluminum signs for fence contractors, security and alarm companies, and trade industries nationwide. Our digital print technology lets us produce custom signs at any quantity — something screen printers can't match. We're building out our sales team and looking for the right person to own two of our fastest-growing verticals.

The Role

You will find new customers. That's the job. You'll be prospecting fence contractors and security/alarm companies across the US, building relationships, sending samples, and closing orders. Once a customer is in, you keep them coming back.

This is a hybrid role based in Fort Worth. You'll work from the office and from home.

What You'll Do

• Build and work a prospect list of fence contractors and security/alarm companies nationwide
• Run outbound email and phone campaigns to convert cold prospects into first orders
• Send physical sign samples to qualified prospects and follow up to close
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM and stay organized
• Own existing accounts — check in, handle reorders, grow spend
• Direct smaller orders to our website and guide customers through the process

• Handles rejection and keeps going
• Follows up when they say they will
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Is hungry — this role has real earning upside and we want someone who wants to go get it

Background in fencing, security, construction, or trade industries is a plus but not required.
