Lasso Labs is looking for someone who's genuinely plugged into social media culture — you know what's trending before it peaks, you understand what makes content stop the scroll, and you're always thinking about what to post next.

We're building out the social presence for three brands - Lasso Labs, CronchClub, and Froobies. We need a content creator who can move fast, stay on-trend, and make stuff people actually want to watch and share. We're talking short-form videos, trending audio, product drops, BTS content, and whatever else the algorithm is hungry for that week.
This role will begin as a temporary contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and team fit.
What You'll Do
- Create and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and wherever else our audience is hanging out
- Brainstorm and execute creative concepts that bring Lasso, CronchClub, and Froobies to life online
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats and translate them into content that actually fits our brands
- Keep a consistent posting rhythm across multiple brand accounts without letting anything slip
- Track performance, learn fast, and apply it to the next piece of content
- Show up in the comments, DMs, and community spaces when it counts
What We're Looking For
- A genuine understanding of social media, not just how to use it, but why things work
- Confidence filming, editing, and posting short-form video (TikTok and Reels are your comfort zone)
- Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar (you don't need to be a pro editor, just resourceful)
- A creative, scrappy mindset with a low ego and a high output
- The ability to move quickly and make decisions without needing a lot of hand-holding
- A sharp eye for what feels authentic online vs. what reads as trying too hard
- Enough organization to juggle multiple brand accounts and stay on top of schedules
Nice to Have
- Experience managing personal or brand social accounts with real results
- A background in photography, videography, or content creation
- Content that has performed well (viral or otherwise, we want to see what you've made)
- A genuine interest in startups, food brands, or consumer products
What Success Looks Like
- Fresh, consistent content going live across all three brand channels
- A willingness to experiment with formats, trends, and ideas, and learn from what doesn't land
- Growing engagement and audience for Lasso, CronchClub, and Froobies over time
- Building a distinct, recognizable voice for each brand that people actually want to follow
