Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary
We are a growing, multi-location service organization seeking a Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs and future growth initiatives. This role will partner with leaders across the business to attract and hire high-quality talent while helping build scalable recruiting processes and a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple roles and locations as business needs evolve
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and workforce needs
  • Source and engage candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, networking, and direct outreach
  • Screen and assess candidates for alignment with role requirements and company culture
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
  • Contribute to a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity tracking within systems
  • Assist in developing and improving recruiting processes and strategies
  • Support hiring events, community outreach, and employer branding efforts as needed
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company practices

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience supporting hiring across multiple roles or locations preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies and recruiting tools/ATS systems

Nice to Have

  • Experience in service-based, skilled trades, or multi-location organizations
  • Exposure to workforce planning or talent strategy initiatives
  • HR or recruiting certifications (SHRM, AIRS, etc.)
