ServiceNow Security & Risk Solution Architect (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-level ServiceNow Security & Risk Solution Architect to lead complex enterprise projects. This is a fully remote, W2-based role with a long-term engagement. You will serve as the primary technical authority, guiding junior developers and defining the strategic roadmap for Security Operations (SecOps) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated ServiceNow platform experience, with at least 3+ years in an Architect capacity leading Risk projects.
Certifications: Must hold ServiceNow certifications in SIR (Security Incident Response), VR (Vulnerability Response), and Risk.
Visa Status: Open to US Citizens, Green Card holders, GC EAD, and H4 EAD. (Note: OPT EAD is not supported for this role).
Technical Authority: Proven ability to move beyond development/administration into high-level platform architecture and technical stack evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Consulting: Lead requirements workshops and design discussions, applying ServiceNow and industry best practices to solve complex security challenges.
Architecture & Design: Manage platform documentation, integration workflows, and work-effort estimations.
Technical Leadership: Guide implementation teams to translate mock-ups into functional features while mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
Innovation: Evaluate technical frameworks to create scalable, future-proof solutions and define Risk vs. Value propositions for 3rd-party integrations.
Governance: Act as the final escalation point for technical decisions and support organizational change management.
